Divan Istanbul

The room at Divan Istanbul was like a little oasis. The bed was huge and luxurious, and the views of the garden were a nice touch. It felt so cozy and comfortable, with everything I needed right at my fingertips.

The blackout curtains were a bit difficult to operate.

The staff helped me find my lost wallet, which I'll never forget. This place suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, a fitness studio, and 24-hour room service. The outdoor dining area and spa are great. The hotel's amenities, including express check-in/out, make my stay hassle-free. I'm coming back for New Year.

It is gorgeous hotel, I appreciated its brand-new rooms and pleasant staff. Just perfect stay, as always.

Elegant Bars: Nestled in the heart of the bustling city, the hotel's bars offered the perfect refuge for sipping a glass of my favorite refreshment. The ambiance was so welcoming that it felt like slipping into a warm bath after a long day of sightseeing.

Payment Restrictions: The hotel accepted only credit card payments, which might be inconvenient for international guests.

Everything was perfect, fairly clean hotel, comfy location near bus stop from airport shuttle. I loved convenient placing of a safe, a mini-fridge-bar and a writing desk in the superior king room. The breakfast was gorgeous and there was lots of food to choose from.

The hotel is splendid and clean, the staff are courteous, location is favourable close to Taksim square. I would recommend this property and would definitely stop here again.

I recently stayed at Divan Hotel for 3 nights in Istanbul. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Taksim square. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a nice interior design and new furniture. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of tasty dishes. The hotel has a lovely design throughout and provides a quality and pleasant atmosphere.

Everything was great as expected, yet the bathroom was too small. Stunning and magnificent location close to Ibb Taksim Sanat Galerisi. We loved staying 2 nights here.

I came here for 7 nights and had a really good stay. Best staff, non-smoking room, in general I loved this contemporary hotel. And it also had spectacular view. A good service and perfect breakfast.

Professional staff, nice facilities, easy access to airport via public transportation. Passport control is fast. Attractive decor, clean pool, delicious Turkish breakfast. Family room was perfect size, excellent buffet and traditional breakfast. Fantastic Turkish Hamam and hair salon. Walking distance to shopping center. Knowledgeable and helpful concierge.

The venue is a bit old tbh, nevertheless it has very good location and staff.

The location of the hotel was great! It was walking distance to the metro and other attractions. I loved the huge and comfortable rooms with great room service. My stay was made even better by the friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend staying at this fantastic hotel.

This hotel is truly luxurious and exclusive. It fulfilled all of my needs with its exceptional facilities. the Spa and wellness center is of high quality and includes an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, and a Turkish bath. the massage and steam room were extremely relaxing, and I could not ask for more. the restaurant and the bar/lounge area are perfect for in-room breakfast, and the buffet breakfast is also a great choice. There is a private facility for dining outside, which provided a lovely atmosphere.

I chose this hotel for attending a synod, and the services provided were exceptional. The front desk, room service, concierge, restaurants, bar, and business center were all top-notch. The meeting rooms were ergonomically designed with state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring a productive environment. The fitness club, steam room, sauna, and massage services were great for relaxation after long meetings.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated shuttle service to and from the hotel, which would have been convenient for commuting to the synod venue.

Het hotel was ideaal gelegen voor mensen die van plan waren naar het stadscentrum te gaan, met goede verbindingen en faciliteiten in de buurt. De kamer was ruim en het bed was comfortabel. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer was prachtig, met een goed uitzicht op het landschap. De service in het hotel was natuurlijk goed, met vriendelijk personeel en snelle bediening. Helaas was het eten in de sportsbar van matige kwaliteit en de keuze was beperkt. Het zou geweldig zijn als het restaurant kon verbeteren en betere service kon bieden aan de gasten.

We stayed in a hotel located in the heart of the city, on the European side, which was very convenient to get around Istanbul. It was situated on the famous Taksim Square, very close to all the main tourist attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was of a high quality, with a wide variety of dishes available. We enjoyed the hotel's nice lobby decorations and there were several nice restaurants and facilities on its premises.

The staff's behavior was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which made us feel uncomfortable.

The restaurant, bar, and terrace were really nice. The service at dinner was excellent, and they even surprised my girlfriend with a cute small birthday cake. We also loved the long swimming pool and the relaxing surroundings. The rooms were spacious, with a great desk for working, and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

We loved almost every detail : top location, consistently courteous staff. Straightforward hotel located just off metro station, the intersection of 2 huge streets constantly packed with traffic. The room was perfect, the bed was extremely comfy and there was a good bathroom. Plus their wifi was great.
